On submission, we fire a Klaviyo track() event containing the full quiz payload. This creates or updates the subscriber profile with all dimension scores and result metadata as custom properties.
Klaviyo's flow builder branches on custom properties. We configure triggers and conditional splits so each result tier or score combination enters the correct nurture path automatically.
We build Klaviyo segments around your quiz data so you can target 'all leads who scored below X on dimension Y' at any point - useful for campaign sends, cohort launches, and re-engagement pushes.
