Klaviyo's power lies in its segmentation and flow engine - but that engine is only as good as the data you feed it. Most coaching businesses feed Klaviyo with basic sign-up data: name, email, maybe a tag. We help you feed it with something far more valuable: a complete picture of each lead's coaching needs, readiness level, and primary development area - all captured through your assessment.

When a lead completes your quiz, we push their results to Klaviyo as a profile event with custom properties. Klaviyo flows can then branch on these properties with precision: a lead who scores high on self-awareness but low on stakeholder communication gets content addressing that specific gap. A lead who rates themselves as 'actively seeking a coach' triggers an immediate high-priority sequence, while a 'just exploring' lead enters a longer educational nurture track.
