Ultra Tech Consulting + Google Sheets

Every quiz result appended to a Google Sheet in real time - the simplest, most universal way to keep a record of your leads and their data.

Sometimes the most powerful integration is the simplest one. Google Sheets is universal, flexible, and familiar - and when your quiz results flow into it automatically, it becomes a surprisingly capable lead management and analytics tool without requiring any specialist software.

We connect Ultra Tech Consulting to Google Sheets via the Sheets API or Google Apps Script, appending a new row on every quiz completion with the lead's contact details, all dimension scores, result tier, and completion timestamp. From there, you have full spreadsheet power: FILTER, SUMIF, PIVOT - or simply a clean sortable table of every lead your quiz has ever captured.

For coaches who already live in Google Workspace, this is often the fastest path from 'quiz launch' to 'I can see all my leads'. It's also a common foundation layer that feeds other tools - a Sheets-connected dashboard in Looker Studio, a mail merge for personalised follow-up, or a data source for a more complex reporting setup.

How the integration works

1
Quiz completion appends a row to your Sheet

We configure a webhook or Apps Script trigger that fires on each quiz submission, appending all result data as a new row in your nominated Google Sheet.

2
Columns structured to match your quiz

We define the column schema upfront: one column per dimension score, result tier, contact fields, and any custom metadata. The sheet is usable from the very first submission.

3
Optional: dashboards and reports built on top

We can build a companion Google Looker Studio dashboard connected to your Sheet - giving you visual analytics on score distributions, conversion rates, and lead volume over time.

What you get

Real-world use cases

Cohort intake tracking

A coach running a twice-yearly cohort programme uses a Google Sheet as their intake tracker. Every applicant who completes the quiz appears as a new row; the coach uses FILTER formulas to view only applicants above their target score threshold.

Team reporting

A coaching consultancy shares a Google Sheet with quiz results across their team. Each coach filters the sheet to see leads in their assigned result category and marks follow-up status directly in the sheet.
